Classes offer a warm and inclusive welcome to all students. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have a little more experience on the mat. We are a friendly group with classes suitable for complete beginners. I want people to be reassured; being bendy is not what matters. We practise for ourselves and are a team cheering each other on.
I have been teaching in the hall for two and half years, and love the warmth and light the space brings to the class. My training is originally in Iyengar yoga which I have complimented with Somatic yoga for healing & recovery and mindful meditation and embodiment work.
